At Westside, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Westside account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
